This company fitted a wood burning stove with an outside flue at my house in the summer of 2020. They did an excellent job with the installation. Recently March 2023 high winds dislodged the outside flue. I took a photograph and sent it in an email asking what they proposed to do. Their service was once again superb, their fitter came out at my convenience and repaired it. I always think you came judge a company in how it resolves the problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, it also gave great value for money on the initial installation.

I bought the Mistral woodburner and flue. They designed the flue for me. The whole system is fantastic. The woodburner gives off a huge amount of heat with very little wood. Delivery was quick and effortless. They swapped a 500mm flue part over with a 250mm very expeditiously.
The burner seems to be of a very high quality.
