The Ovale LD is a stylish, curved contemporary wood burning stove that offers a nominal output of 5kw, and a maximum output of approximately 8-9kw. Finished to a very high standard in black, and incorporating a flush fit, brushed stainless steel handle to compliment its contemporary appearance, the curved ceramic glass window offers a view of the flames within from multiple angles of the room.  

The Ovale LD is equipped with both primary and secondary air controls to allow complete control over the burn rate and the temperature output and also features Triple Burn combustion where the gases are re-ignited to obtain the maximum efficiency and heat output of the stove with minimum fuel consumption, leading to an efficiency rating of 82.9% with an A+ Rating  The Ovale LD is also Eco Design 2022 compliant, in recent tests stoves that were Eco Design 2022 compliant consumed 6 times less fuel than non compliant stoves.

The Ovale LD is manufactured in Europe from high grade steel, that unlike fragile cast Iron, won’t melt or crack. The firebox is fully lined with heat proof vermiculite to prolong the life of the appliance and to reflect the heat out from the firebox into the room. 

Stylish airflow control vents provide simple control over the burn rate and temperature output. An advanced glass cleaning air wash system ensures that the large curved ceramic glass window remains clear to provide a warming view of the flames and the stove features Tertiary Air circulation. 

Other features include optional direct air intake, a lower log storage compartment with a hinged door to conceal the storage compartment and a choice of top or rear flue exit. The use of the direct air connection is optional and does not need to be used if not required.
