Pallet Delivery & Offloading Information:

Due to the substantial, heavy-duty build of this solid fuel stove, dispatch is handled via a secure, specialised kerbside pallet service between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

  • An adult must be present at the delivery address to sign for and thoroughly inspect the condition of the appliance.

  • The delivery driver is completely un-insured to carry the stove inside your property. Because this unit requires a strict 2-man lift, please ensure at least two able-bodied people are available to move it safely indoors.

  • Inspection Rule: Please inspect the stove thoroughly before signing the courier notes. If you suspect any transit damage or cannot check it fully on the spot, you must sign for it as “UNCHECKED” or “DAMAGED”.

Vital “Burning-In” & Annealing Process:

To ensure your new wood burner provides years of trouble-free operation, the metal components must undergo an initial “curing” period. When first using the appliance, you must build small, gentle fires initially, gradually increasing the size and fuel load with each subsequent lighting.
