The Fixed Length 250mm Stove Pipe is a high-quality, rigid flue connector designed for safe and efficient operation with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances. Crafted from durable zero carbon steel and finished in matte black vitreous enamel, this 6-inch stove pipe section is CE Approved and built to withstand flue temperatures up to 750°C.
Flue Pipe Application & Suitability
This 250mm stove pipe is specifically designed as a connecting section between your appliance and the main flue liner, chimney stack, or twin wall flue system. It’s ideal for use with wood burning stoves, multi-fuel stoves, and other heating appliances. Please note: Black stove pipe should never be used to pass through ceilings or walls—always use twin wall insulated flue pipe for these applications.

Construction & Quality
Manufactured from 1.2mm thick, zero carbon steel, this rigid pipe features a robust vitreous enamel matte black coating for long-lasting performance and a modern look. The effective installed length is 195mm, providing a secure and reliable connection.

Installation Guidelines
Maintain a distance of at least three times the pipe diameter from combustible materials (e.g., wood, plasterboard). For 6-inch pipe, this means a minimum of 450mm clearance.
Install the pipe with the smaller diameter pointing downward to ensure condensates remain inside the flue system.
All joints should be sealed with a suitable jointing compound, such as fire cement or high temperature silicone sealant, to prevent leaks and preserve the pipe’s appearance.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Regular inspection and cleaning of your chimney or flue system is essential, especially with solid fuel appliances. Consider adding a black pipe with access door for easy maintenance. HETAS recommends sweeping chimneys serving solid fuel appliances at least once a year.

Delivery Is FREE to most parts of England, Wales & Areas of Scotland for all orders over £150. (products under £150 will be charged £9.50 for delivery). Deliveries are carried out by one of the largest and most reputable couriers in the UK. They will deliver your stove on a pallet to your front door / driveway, however due to insurance restrictions it is unlikely that the delivery driver will be able to bring the appliance in to your property. Please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery from date of dispatch, unless otherwise stated. If you will require further assistance at the time of delivery, or if access to your property is restricted or difficult, or if you have any specific requirements then please speak to us, we have a variety of flexible delivery options and we are always on hand to advise and help.

Delivery Abroad – Europe
We sell many of our products to customers outside the United Kingdom, in particular Eire and France, however we can ship to any country in or outside Europe. Typically delivery to France costs approximately £200 for a pallet. In order to provide an accurate quotation all we require is your exact delivery address and we can normally provide a fixed quotation within 24 hours. Delivery within Europe typically takes between 5 and 10 days.
