A stylish, high quality – wood burning multi-fuel stove that offer the facility to room heat and provide hot water for central heating and domestic hot water. The Elegance B offers contemporary styling and excellent heat output.
The Elegance B integrated back boiler offers a nominal heating output of 5kw to water heating and a nominal output of 4kw to room heating, the maximum temperature outputs are approximately 50% higher. There are 4 water connections on the rear of the stove, 2 x flow and 2 x return – size = male 1″ BSP. The 4 water ports feed one chamber, therefore where required 2 of the water ports can be capped off when only 1 water heating circuit is required. The back boiler on this stove is extremely efficient and will heat approximately 10 average sized radiators plus the domestic hot water.
In addition the back boiler incorporates an internal cooling coil, which runs through the main back boiler. The purpose of the coil is to cool the water within the back boiler. This is achieved with an additional control valve called a TAS valve. The cooling coil is designed to be fed by a mains cold water feed, and the cooling water is then discharged to waste water drain. The main cold water feed is controlled by a mechanical TAS valve which monitors the temperature of the water within the back boiler and opens when the water reaches 96 degrees. This releases a burst of mains cold water which released through the cooling coil, thus reducing the temperature of the water within the back boiler. The cooling water is kept separate from the water within the back boiler and therefore no contamination can take place. The mains cold water is then discharged to an outside drain.
In addition, when using the Elegance 4 port on an un-vented hot water system, we recommend that you install a 25 litre expansion vessel and at least two 2.5 bar pressure release valves. We also recommend that you use our approved “thermostatic pump station” in order to increase the efficiency of the stove. Please note that the TAS valve is not included with the stove. Primary and secondary air controls allow complete and effective control over both the burn rate and temperature output, in order to maximize the efficiency of the stove. The iStove Lux also has an advanced pre-heat air wash system that ensures the large glass window stays clean to give a clear view of the flames. Further features include a large removable ash pan for easy cleaning and maintenance and a multi fuel fire grate.

The firebox is serviced by a stylish single door with large glass window that is further complimented by an advanced air wash system to maintain a clear view of the flames. The stove incorporates top and bottom (Primary and Secondary) air vents to enable simple yet effective control over the heat output and burn rate. Chrome door handle and air controls add a touch of finesse to the stylish design.
The Elegance incorporates an advanced convection Air wash system, that draws cold air in through the bottom, which then passes around the combustion chamber and exits through the vent in the top, this helps to make the stove efficient and keeps the large ceramic glass window clean. A large removable ash pan and lower log storage shelf further compliment the design as a practical and attractive features if this high quality stove.
Manufactured in Europe from high gauge steel as instead of fragile cast iron, the Elegance B won’t crack or melt and it heats up in a fraction of the time of a cast iron stove, it also radiates far more heat due to it’s large ceramic glass window.
