The Ray Max is a high output contemporary stove with a large firebox, that offer a nominal output of 13kw and a maximum output of 20 kw. Manufactured in Europe and finished to a very high standard in high grade steel, that unlike traditional cast iron, won’t crack, the Modena is finished in dark contemporary grey with polished silver handles and controls.
In addition to offering a maximum output of 21kw, with a nominal output of 12kw, the Ray Max conforms to the new Eco Design compliance rules meaning that it offers low emissions and efficient fuel consumption.

In recent testing, stoves that are Eco Design Compliant consumed 6 times less fuel than non compliant stoves… the result is that the savings on fuel are significant. The Ray Max features a large, wide combustion chamber and an advanced pre-heat air wash system that helps to keep the large ceramic glass window clean and provide a clear, warming view of the flames. The large firebox is fully lined with firebricks to provide optimum heating efficiency and a multi-fuel fuel grate enables easy lighting.

The stylish ray Max also has the benefit of one primary control and two secondary control air vents to provide optimum control over the burn rate and temperature output. The Ray Max offers fantastic value for money, and we’ve sold hundreds of these to 100% happy customers. 

In accordance with all the stoves that we offer, this stove carries a 2 year warranty and is UK/CA Marked and manufactured to ISO 9001 Quality Standard… please do not confuse this stove with other cheaper alternatives, it’s build quality and finish compares to other stoves that are considerably more expensive.
