The Verona Lux 12kw Multi Fuel Stove

The Verona Lux is a high output contemporary stove finished in Black. The unique Styling of the Verona lux incorporates a large firebox and door with large ceramic glass window to provide a clear and satisfying view of the flames. The Ceramic glass is kept clean by an advanced air wash system. Features of this attractive high output stove include designer door handle and brushed silver controls and a large removable ash pan for ease of cleaning.
This stove is Eco Design 2022 Compliant and in recent testing, stoves that are Eco Design 2022 Compliant consumed 6 times less fuel than non compliant stoves… the result is that the savings on fuel consumption are significant.
The large firebox is fully lined with fire bricks to optimize the life and efficiency of the stove and is equipped with a multi-fuel fire grate to allow you to burn wood or solid fuel (coal etc etc). The stove is manufactured from high grade steel, that unlike fragile cast Iron, won’t crack or melt. Additionally Steel stoves reach their optimum temperature much more quickly than equivalent Cast Iron stoves.
The stylish design also incorporates both primary and secondary air control, allowing easy control over the burn rate and heat output. in accordance with all the stoves that we offer, the Verona lux carries a 2 year warranty and the following quality standards:

I would like to begin by saying what a fantastic Stove this is and that I have had 3 years of great service from it. Unfortunately it has got to the stage it needs a couple of parts replacing and I was wondering if you were able to supply these to me? I would like to replace a the fire bricks on the inside and the glass panel in the door (size 400mm x 330mm ). Thank-you in advance for your assistance.

I have owned stoves for 15 years, and when looking online for a new one I was unsure whether to go for this model because I couldn’t believe how cheap it was there Modern Stoves. I need not have worried. This is a cracking stove that has a much greater heat output than my previous £2000 stove, and the service etc from modern stoves was brilliant. If you’re thinking about getting new stove don’t hesitate. This one looks and works like a dream.

Hi,
The flue cleaning has been done. For your information we did it be taking out the front plate; then the grating; then the floor bricks; one side brick and then the ceiling brick.! Eureka!
I’d bought the proper sweeping equipment and we went straight up through the stove. Though we have used it solidly for the the nine months of three winters we have been in the UK there was virtually nothing in it!
A brilliant result as far as we are concerned. A great stove.
