The Akita is a curved – completely cylindrical, contemporary styled wood burning multi-fuel stove that offers a nominal heating output of 6.3kw and a maximum output of 9kw – 10kw. Manufactured in Europe and finished to a very high standard, the Akita is manufactured in Europe by the award winning Panadero. The Akita  stove is made from high grade steel, that unlike cast iron can’t crack or melt and features a double layer steel body to additional durability and strength.

The Akita stylish cutting edge design offers advanced triple burn combustion, where the gases are exposed to a second and third burn to obtain the maximum efficiency and heat output with minimum fuel consumption.  The air control vent provides simple, but optimum control over the burn rate and temperature output to ensure complete control over the operation of the appliance. An advanced air wash system ensures that the large curved ceramic glass window remains clear to provide a warming view of the flames. The large firebox of the Akita will take logs that are up to 50cm in length and the walls of the firebox are fully lined with heat resistant panels to optimise the efficiency and life span of the appliance, whilst reflecting the heat out through the large curved ceramic glass window.

The Akita also offer the option to connect it to a direct air supply, air pipe sold separately. The Akita conforms to the Eco Design 2022 Compliance efficiency regulations, in recent testing, stoves that are Eco Design 2022 Compliant consumed 6 times less fuel than non compliant stoves… the result is that the savings on fuel consumption are significant.

Other features include lower log storage compartment, multi – fuel fire grate and a removable ash pan for ease of cleaning, top flue exit only.
