APPLICATION
Ideal for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperatures up to 600°, VIT-Smooth pipe serves as a connecting pipe between your appliance and Flue Liner / Chimney Stack / Twin Wall Flue System.
However, caution must be exercised, and VIT-Smooth should NOT be used to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.
CONSTRUCTION
Constructed from zero carbon steel with a Powder vitreous enamel coating in a matt black finish, VIT-Smooth ensures durability and versatility. It caters to a range of appliances, including gas, oil, and solid fuel, with temperatures reaching up to 600°.
INSTALLATION
During installation, maintain a safe distance of at least 375mm from combustible materials. Ensure correct orientation by positioning VIT-Smooth with the smaller diameter pointing downward. This prevents condensates from escaping.
VIT-Smooth’s friction fit joints eliminate the need for sealing, but for added security, consider applying jointing compound (fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant) to each joint. This prevents condensate leakage and preserves the pipe’s appearance.
While VIT-Smooth can be cut, take care to cover exposed steel with high-temperature paint to prevent rust over time. Wear appropriate PPE during installation.
MAINTENANCE
For solid fuel applications, make provisions for inspecting and cleaning the chimney. Install VIT-Smooth with access doors at changes of direction to facilitate this process. Regular chimney sweeping and maintenance, at least once a year, are recommended for optimal performance and safety.

Delivery within the United Kingdom
Delivery Is FREE to most parts of England, Wales & Areas of Scotland for all orders over £150. (products under £150 will be charged £9.50 for delivery). Deliveries are carried out by one of the largest and most reputable couriers in the UK. They will deliver your stove on a pallet to your front door / driveway, however due to insurance restrictions it is unlikely that the delivery driver will be able to bring the appliance in to your property. Please allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery from date of dispatch, unless otherwise stated. If you will require further assistance at the time of delivery, or if access to your property is restricted or difficult, or if you have any specific requirements then please speak to us, we have a variety of flexible delivery options and we are always on hand to advise and help.
Please note stoves are heavy and will be delivered to your driveway / pathway on a pallet.

Delivery Abroad – Europe
We sell many of our products to customers outside the United Kingdom, in particular Eire and France, however we can ship to any country in or outside Europe. Typically delivery to France costs approximately £200 for a pallet. In order to provide an accurate quotation all we require is your exact delivery address and we can normally provide a fixed quotation within 24 hours. Delivery within Europe typically takes between 5 and 10 days.
