The Verona stove is a high output contemporary stove finished in Black. The unique styling of the Verona incorporates a large firebox and door with large ceramic glass window to provide a clear and satisfying view of the flames. The Ceramic glass is kept clean by an advanced Air wash system. Features of this attractive high output stove include lower log storage compartment, designer door handle and brushed silver controls and a large removable ash pan for ease of cleaning.
This stove is Eco Design 2022 Compliant and in recent testing, stoves that are Eco Design 2022 Compliant consumed 6 times less fuel than non compliant stoves… the result is that the savings on fuel consumption are significant.
The large firebox is fully lined with fire bricks to optimize the life and efficiency of the stove and is equipped with a multi-fuel fire grate to allow you to burn wood or solid fuel (coal etc etc). The stove is manufactured from high grade steel, that unlike fragile cast Iron, won’t crack or melt. Additionally Steel stoves reach their optimum temperature much more quickly than equivalent Cast Iron stoves.
The stylish design also incorporates both primary and secondary air control, allowing easy control over the burn rate and heat output. in accordance with all the stoves that we offer, the Verona carries a 2 year warranty and the following quality standards:

Hello Modern Stoves, as promised here follows my review of the Verona wood burning stove that I bought from you in January and your excellent service. First of all I want to say that photo’s of the stove don’t do it justice, it looks good in the photo’s but far better in reality, if that’s possible. As you know Karen was a bit unsure about buying a wood burning stove, she thought that all stoves were traditional and fussy and although she had a bit of a moan when I first ordered it she is now converted to the appearance of the Verona. She likes to have the room temperature at plus 300 degrees, and the new stove has certainly helped her achieve the record for room temperature endurance, even the cat has started sleeping outside in the evening. She’s definately converted to the idea now, and we’ve also had friends round who have commented on how good it looks..of coarse she then tried to tell them that it was her idea to get one! Thanks for your excellent service and sorry it took so long before I ordered but you have to be sure about these things before you take the leap of faith. Thanks alot, great stove ..great service!

Bought this Stove at the end of November 2011, just installed and it looks superb, for the money you will not find a stove that looks this good under a £1000. Modern Stoves supplied the flue pipe as well as the stove and the service was excellent and the people nice to deal with. We have installed in the middle of a sun room and the controls allow you to adjust the heat output perfectly, it easy to light and even on low draft settings the large glass door remains clean. An excellent product for the money.

I would like to begin by saying what a fantastic Stove this is and that I have had 3 years of great service from it. Unfortunately it has got to the stage it needs a couple of parts replacing and I was wondering if you were able to supply these to me? I would like to replace a the fire bricks on the inside and the glass panel in the door (size 400mm x 330mm ). Thank-you in advance for your assistance.
