The Tritan with Back Boiler – Suitable for Vented or Un-vented hot water heating system

The Tritan is a stylish, high quality – wood burning multi-fuel, stove with an internal back boiler that is suitable for vented or un-vented hot heating systems. The Tritan offers a nominal heating output of 7.5kw to room heating and 7.5kw to space heating, and it offers a greater maximum heating output of approximately 10kw to room heating and 10kw to space heating.
The Tritan with back boiler has been specially designed to offer high efficiency and low fuel consumption, to ensure that the stove delivers optimum heating output, in addition the Tritan offers a very high efficiency rating of 80%
The Tritan back boiler incorporates 4 x water connections (2 x flow & 2 x return) on the rear of the stove, which service the large integrated wrap-around, high efficiency back boiler. In addition the Tritan is equipped with an internal cooling coil, which when connected to a main cold water supply, can be used as a safety feature with an un-vented hot water heating circuit. Please note that a TAS valve is required in order to make use of the internal safety cooling coil (sold separately).
The firebox is serviced by a stylish single door with large glass window that is further complimented by an advanced air wash system to maintain a clear view of the flames. The stove incorporates top and bottom (Primary and Secondary) air vents to enable simple yet effective control over the heat output and burn rate. Chrome door handle and air controls add a touch of finesse to the stylish design.
The Tritan incorporates an advanced convection Air wash system, that draws cold air in through the bottom, which then passes around the combustion chamber and exits through the vent in the top, this helps to make the stove efficient and keeps the large ceramic glass window clean. A large removable ash pan and lower log storage shelf further compliment the design as a practical and attractive features if this high quality stove.
Manufactured in Europe from heavy gauge steel, instead of fragile cast iron, the Tritan BO won’t crack or melt and it heats up in a fraction of the time of a cast iron stove, it also radiates far more heat due to it’s large ceramic glass window.
