Applications

Primary Use: Seals off the base of the chimney to prevent debris from entering your stove.
Compatibility: Suitable for installations using 125mm or 150mm flue pipes.
Important Note: Do not use this register plate if you are insulating your flue with vermiculite.

Construction

The Register Plate 1000×400 and its supporting brackets are made from 1.5mm galvanised steel. The plate can be sprayed to match the colour of your stove pipe for a seamless finish. A special adaptor is included for installations using either 125mm or 150mm diameter flue pipes.

Installation Instructions

Prepare the Brackets: Cut the four supporting brackets to the size of your chimney base and drill holes for fixing.
Fix the Brackets: Secure the brackets to the chimney brickwork using screws.
Cut the Register Plate: Trim the plate to fit the chimney base, ensuring the pipe hole is directly above the stove pipe.
Install the Plate: Place the register plate onto the brackets and seal any gaps with fire cement or high-temperature sealant.
Adjust for 150mm Pipes: Remove the centre cover ring by unscrewing the retaining screws for 150mm installations.

Maintenance
