The large firebox is fully lined with fire bricks to optimise the life and efficiency of the stove and includes a removable ash pan for ease of cleaning and maintenance, and the stove is equipped with a multi-fuel fire grate. 

The Alba also features an optional direct air intake (air pipes not included) and the Alba conforms to the Eco Design Compliance efficiency regulations.
